What Dochuki is

Dochuki writes travel plans for Japan. You describe a journey; an AI agent looks up trains, places, stays, opening hours and weather from public and licensed data sources and writes a day-by-day record that you can change in plain language.

Dochuki is a planning aid, not a travel agent. It does not book, reserve or pay for anything on your behalf, and it never submits forms to third parties for you. Every booking is made by you, directly with the provider, under that provider's terms.

AI-generated content

The records are produced by an AI model from data that changes constantly. Timetables, fares, prices, opening days and availability can be wrong, outdated or incomplete, and the model can make mistakes. Where the agent could not verify something it says so. Check anything that matters to you against the official source before you rely on it, and treat the record as a draft of your own plan rather than advice.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account. You must be at least 16 years old. During the current invitation period we may limit who can start new records.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Dochuki for anything unlawful, or to plan harm to any person or place;
• try to extract the underlying model, prompts or data sources, or to bypass usage limits, access controls or the invitation list;
• send automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or resell access;
• upload content you have no right to share, or content that is abusive or deceptive.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the journey descriptions you write. You give us a licence to store and process them in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use the records written for you for your own travel, including sharing them with your travel companions.

The Dochuki name, mark, design and software are ours or our licensors'. Map data, place details and other third-party content remain subject to their owners' terms, including Google's terms for Google Maps content.

Availability and changes

Dochuki is offered as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, limits or the service itself, and we may delete content that breaks these terms. We will try to give notice of material changes, but the service is in active development and some changes will be immediate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dochuki is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a record, from missed trains, closed places, prices that differed, or from bookings you made with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you paid nothing.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Dochuki and delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections on content, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have in the country where you live.
